Just came across this article on the Guardian news website. It's hardly an article in fact. I've seen more words written on a postage stamp but I recognised the image they used! See if you recognise it!

The person in the photo Pip is the one we use on NMP as well so not a real person that wrote the article in the Guardian link.

My problem is I read the article, then read all the comments and contradictory advice and then go on to read the related articles at the bottom of the page - another hour gone!

This was a good read though but more about depression than anxiety
