IBS and very low abdominal/pelvic pain???

Hi everyone

I had lower abdominal/pelvic pain for about a month 3 weeks ago and now it's back again :(

My symptoms are:

Aches/pains to left of tummy button, down left side towards left hip and down into groin to where pubic bone starts. The aches and pains seem to move around quite a bit. Sometimes feels like cramps, sharp pain or sometimes even hot sensation.
Constipation. Sounds gross but i can feel (what I hope is) poo to the left of my tummy button and down towards my groin area.
Rumbling in lower abdominal area.
More gas (both ends!) than normal.
Heartburn.
Needing to urinate more often that normal.
Mild nausea.
Sometimes pain down front of pubic bone when orgasm???

If anyone has any similar symptoms I would be so grateful if you could reply.

Very similar symptoms. Lasted over a year. Got the colonoscopy everything cleared up.

I have most of this right now. Super crampy above my pelvic bone. I have it all except the heart burn. Did you ever figure out what it was?
