Recurring red spots on penis. Any thoughts?
These two red spots keep re-appearing on my penis. They are not painful nor itchy, but they keep coming and going.
Slight patchiness, but not much. Doctor thinks it might be fungal, but so far Nystatin and Fluocinonide have limited effect on it.
Not sure if unrelated, but a noted drop in libido as well.

My Ex had something similar which WAS fungal. However it's certainly not 'silly' to go back to the doctor if you feel uneasy. I'm not a doctor and don't have a penis so that's the extent of my help.

It could be really mild psoriasis. Topical steroids may be combined with anti-fungal treatment.
It could be something as simple as a soap/shower gel/cream etc you are using, go back to docs for piece of mind
