I have go for a cystoscopy on Monday (where they insert a camera into your bladder and take a diopsy) and I am absolutely terrified. They said I will be awake and the only thing I may be allowed is a sedative. I am terrified of any pain and am anxious about most things in everyday life as it is and being told to relax really just doesn't work.
Has anyone had this procedure, who can put my mind at ease a little?
