hiya guys.

right im gonna conquer this major problem in my life, nut i need to do it with people so we can help each other! i have a good circle of friends in my life but none of them have this awful problem! so now its time to make a new circle of friends and contacts who have this issue in there life, then we can start to support and beat this as a close knit team.

so anyone interested in starting a self help group?
