first time on anything like this hoping to help my anxiety and panic attacks! Im 17 living in the midlands, I had my first major panic attack last year when I was going through m exams and ever since then my worrying and anxiety has gone worse and I have been haing panic attacks more frequently. Looking for some reassurance, maybe even a little help x
