Propranolol and tiredness

It has taken me 5 years to sum up the courage to take any meds, i have finally managed to take sum, but i am struggling with what i hope is a side effect from them

im taking propranolol 10mg, started off on one a day, then upped to two a day and the last 5 days have managed 3 a day, the doc ideally wants me to take 4 a day, but i am so so tired all the time :( im yawning all the time and my eyes feel so tired and heavy , sometimes through the day i feel that i need to collapse into bed and sleep (i havent done that though) and i feel so drained of energy

i did ask the doctor if side effects would wear off but he said with these that any side effects you get stay while you are taking the tablets :(

I am on a different beta blocker and they make you tired as they slow the heart down so you get tired more quickly.

I'm on 80mg slow release and it makes be very tired.

My husband takes propranolol, he is always falling asleep, then sleeps all night too.
I was given them at one time but they did not affect me at all in that way
