I work full time and continued to do so throughout my panic.

The main reason was stability and money! Didn't want to move back in with my mum to be honest.

Next year i celebrate 10 years of being out of paid work! I'm a carer for my oldest 2 (of 5) children - autism. The hours are much longer than the 8pm till 8am /7 days a weeks i used to do on Tesco's night crew. I look forward to another, well till i die caring for one of them who will never be able to live alone. Nonoe of the respite care that people think everyone gets either. Just 24/7/365/life! Love to all readers, Paul.

    Hi

I am working 2 days a week at a office doing Accounts, i did some voluntary work while recovering Panic/Anxiety at a day centre for the elderly, which helped me get back into payed employment.

Care work with the elderly is something I might consider, just being there chatting to folks sounds reallly rewarding
