hoping 50 mgswill help

i have decided to go up to 50 mgs on sunday after one week on 12.5 mgs and nearly two weeks at 25mgs so hope that taking this dose it will help me as not noticed much improvement yet. i am a little scared side effects when i increase to full dose but hope i be ok. as everyone has said how im only on a small dose . any input from anyone with positve stories greatly appropriated thanks

its certainly helped me at 50mg ,it took about 3 weeks to kick in though

my advice is to swallow the tabs and not think to much about them,then one day you will start to think actually I feel ok

I am on 50mg and it's really helped me. i heard that 50mg was the lowest therapeutic dose, so maybe you will find you feel some difference. All the best! xx
