shaking inside???

any1 had this?? my tummy os ok lol but i feel as if my chest is shaking inside!! bit scary, any1 shed any light?

hiya, i have this at the moment, it use energy alot and that then make your body feel weak and heavy, dont worry its an anxiety thing, try to take control and it will ease.x

i've had that at times, you're just having a panic attack. just ride it out, concentrate on your breathing, and do something fun and before you know it, it'll be gone! best of luck to you

Hi Leanne,

I too think this is anxiety acting up. I try to redirect my thinking by reading, walking, a nice warm bath, or just phoning a friend, anything to distract myself. Hope it gets better.

hi leanne i get this alot its anxiety.the feeling i get is my insides are shaking,but cant see anything shaking on the outside.take care tracy

i have this one on and off its just your muscles burning off unused adrenalin which is a good thing i think
