Anyone else feel like they can't regulate their body temperature properly? I quite often find that my head and face are dripping with sweat, even when it's not really warm outside - and then have goosebumps on my arms shortly afterwards!
Like tonight...made dinner, sat down to eat it and within minutes I could feel my face starting to get clammy. Went out onto the balcony to get some air and a few minutes later I was freezing, despite my bf saying it was a warm night!!
So frustrating!
