I no what you mean I worry about my heart its worse at night time I get racing heartbeat and its scarey

You are not alone! I'm quite new but I see lots and lots of people worrying about their heart., myself included.
You need to ask yourself, is there any reason you should be worried? Do you have any symptoms/problems?
Have you seen a dr for a checkup?
If your doctor says everything is fine, you should believe him/her, even though I know that can be very difficult.
