Lovely stuff from the Body Shop.

Steve took me shopping, and I couldn't resist a nose in the Body Shop.

I got some lovely Aromatherapy stuff.
"Travel" - Relaxing pulse point balm to ease your journey.
and " Feel relaxed & calm your senses" ready to use massage gel.

Just the job to make you smell nice and help you smell to get well. [^]

    Love, light and Best wishes

I was in the Body Shop yesterday. I love the shop. Not tried any of their aromatherapy range yet though. I never know which to buy. Bought some lovely shower gels though and the matching bath bombs. I love the smell as you walk in the shop. It makes me feel calmer just going in there!

My boyfriend is eager to help me try to relax. Perhaps he can actually get involved if we get some of these things The massage gel you mentioned - was it the lavender one? (I've had a look on their website, and that looks the most likely candidate for relaxation, but I don't see it in gel form!)

It is in a brown bottle, and has lavender, cederwood and something else in it as well.
