fluid in scrotum

Sorry for the to the point description,

It has been playing on my mind all day, it seems on one side of my scrotum I seem to have more fluid around my testicle.

Is this normal? I have not lumps on my testicles and no pain and they haven't changed in size, it's just the fluid thing that has set my mind racing.

My partner had a feel and said she doesn't notice anything strange and they look normal.

I am trying so hard not to google...
