my blinking is betting no better...

through my phobia i hvae developed loads of ticks, in particular, over- blinking!! my eyes are really hurting, they ache all the time but even this isnt enough to mkae me stop, anyone got anymore tips you can think of? people have started to notice now!! please help me [:I]
