thought this would be easier than replying to the 97 private messages i have got!
i um um havent been on here in months, been hard last 6 months since breakdown, and had to get bk to work in a new job, and had so many manic ups and downs :(

managed to get to first meet up in ages on sunday for a little bit.

got docs and counselling today and going to try a group on saturday but not sure how far il get as couldnt get out of car when went to meet woman on saturday.
il see :(

um um dont know what else to put, just im trying my best and thanks to the people who have asked about me.
