    Fish oils with flux?

    Hi. An taking prozac for ocd/anxiety. Just wondered if I would benefit from taking fish oils too? I've seen other ppl mention them and just wondered on ppls opinions? Xxxx

    There is no harm in taking fish oil with prozac. I take 3-4 fish oil tablets a day as well as evening primrose oil, magnesium, vitamin d and a multivitamin. I'm not sure about the proven benefits, but I have found that they seem to help with the physical symptoms of anxiety, like the body aches and pains

    I'm taking omega 3 my gp recommended it to me. Also taking vit bs and iron/vitc . Read about low ferritin levels can be linked to panic

    I too take fish oil daily.

    I've bought some multivitamin with iron and some fish oils so hopefully they will help xx

    Fish oils are proven to help with brain function, I've taken them for years x
