best times to take medications

when is the best time to take my medication doctor told me to take mitzaprine at night but it knocks me out as soon as i have taken it ,i can sleep normally without taking anything which makes me sleep.but all the next day i am panicky and rely on 1 diazepam a day also 1x10mg propranalol 3 times a day. wondered if any one else took these meds and when they take them .any advice to my question thanks mili

Sorry Mili, I take Cipralex 15mg iin the morning thats what I got told by Doctor. Its a SSRI antidepressant but not sure what the mitzaprine are, I sleep OK too at night a few bad reams and sweat a bit, then hate getting up. sorry i could be of no help. tc Vernon
