I've only had 3 today too. With it being a weekend, I tend to do easy, naughty meals, and they don't have as much veg. Plus I ate chocolate chip cookies! Oops!

oh Lizzie I have just eaten 2 chocolate chip cookies! but as you say..it is the weekend I will have more veg tomorrow with Sunday lunch to make up for it
I haven't done too badly for a weekend, I had a glass of smoothie, I have had a good portion of salad. Erm, some roast vegetables in a panini. Any sins? Well, maybe ONE... A small treacle tart. But I did have a long walk!
Ages since I have had a treacle tart...my Nana used to make them but she put cornflakes on top.
Had my five a day I think
Baked beans (counts as a portion I think), carrots, cabbage, brocoli, green beans, and had blackberries and apple crumble. So 6-7 I think.

Oh I don't like treacle tart with cornflakes on. But if it was that or nothing then of course I'd have it, warmed and with thick cream!
I have had steamed veg. Done over an hour's heavy exercise.
We had pork casserole and I put some stewed apple in. It was very tasty

You've done well ladies. I've been good but slipped up a bit last night. Was at a house party with lots of vodka & nibbles. Had good tonight though. However, today I managed 20 minutes non-stop running on the treadmill - that's a first for me! It wasn't easy & I was pushed to my limit but I'm so happy. Loving my new gym programme - think it will get me results. xx
