Me too Annie! Meche is putting us to shame! I'm on my own this evening which is something that causes me anxiety, so trying to keep busy. Have just baked a cake - not healthy but yummy and fun! I bought some fondant icing so am going to try decorating it, never done it before so fingers crossed.

Not this week but 2 weeks tomorrow I will be be flying to RomeI will have to have 5 a day of Italian food...Does Strawberry ice cream count?

Wow that'll be brilliant! Italy is one place I'd love to visit, and their food is brilliant too!
And it'll be authentic Italian ice cream so bound to be real strawberries in there, hence a portion!
