    Well done hun, the stir fry is much more healthy

    Actually, I wonder if I can eat stir fry whilst on my diet?? I'll have to do some research on that

    I love stir frys. And they're so healthy, bonus!

    Not eating much today. Small bowl of cherrioes and a banana about 6:30am.
    Just eaten chicken kievs, new pots, sweetcorn and broccoli.

    Walnuts r good for you. A few of those after any fatty meal can stop some of the saturates from sticking to your arteries. Obviously eating shed loads of walnuts doesn't mean you can suddenly stuff in loads if naughties

    Jigging.... I wouldn't want an audience either.... I get embarrassed watching myself!!!!

    I haven't done well today. Banana,apple & broccoli. It's the first time I've not had at least 5 in a long time but it's been a case of can't be bothered to cook and not very hungry

    Considering I have a bit of a hangover, I've done really well today. Had scrambled egg on toast for brekkie and a bean salad for lunch followed by grapes. I am struggling though because I'm feeling a bit 'bleughhhh'! Ok - I know having a few drinks last night didn't help but I've been off my food for a few days and forcing myself to eat for the sake of eating. Feeling quesy! Zumba tonight will either cure or kill me!!! xx

    I had a bowl of porridge in the morning and some ryvitas for tea, didn't fancy a lot, I was busy in my laboratory creating

    Had salad last nite with grapes as well. My lunch had cooked veg with it too. Lots of walking during the day as well.
