    I had pie, mash, cauliflower, mushy peas , broccoli and gravy followed by rice pudding and raspberry jam.

    Had an off day because the family and I went across the country to watch our football team play.

    Breakfast, cherrios, mango slices, cranberry juice and coffee. The healthiest breakfast I've had in ages! Then I have nuggets and chips at a service station, no good! Couldn't be bothered to cook when I got home so bought a ready meal spaghetti carbonara and more cranberry juice. Decaf coffee soon

    FYI I am underweight so sometimes my meals may seem high in calories and carbs, so the carbonara is a benefit to my weight gain.

    My daughter is the same Rennie and she eats a lot of cheese dishes but never puts on weight.

    I will always try to put some weight on but I am healthy, I have no signs of malnutrition or diseases as a result of my weight and, if anything, I look healthy. I am also happy with my weight, which shocks people, lol.

    I must burn of energy working as I eat lots of whole meal and seeded bread, egg mayo, tuna mayo, cheese, pasta and meat! And have two bananas a day.

    Have had one slice Philly cheese on toast and two bananas so far.
    Have bought banana and custard muller light for later on.

    Have made my rolls for work tomorrow. Using cheese baps.
    One ham and mayo .
    One mayo, turkey, lettuce and tomato.
    Their massive though. Struggled to get them in my lunch box which has probably resulted in squashed bread rolls. Oh well lol.

    Two banana
    Handful grapes
    One banana and custard muller light
    Fish cakes, mushy peas, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, tender stem broccoli for late lunch/early dinner. As was hungry

    Oops just had a magnum as well lol.
    Oh well.
    Annie I do love bananas lol.
    Oh well still only about 1700 calories -+ a few.

    Yes they are their better than chocolate I think . Yum yum.
    Have got salad in one roll tomorrow to. (Lettuce and tomoato ) along with ham and turkey and mayo so not to bad for me either.
