Went to the nurse today for a general check up and my blood pressure was 110/60. I know this is perfectly normal but it is the lower range of normal and I'm just worrying myself now its a market for an underlying problem. The tiredness and lethargy etc.

There is no 'normal' BP, just a guideline. Everyone is different. Mine is on the high side of normal, my wife is the low side of normal. Plus it fluctuates all the time.
Lots of people with high blood pressure would kill for your reading.
