Left sided 'stitch' feeling

Hi all,

Having a bit of a moment again, worrying about every ache and pain. So for the last 2 days i have had this 'stitch' like feeling on my left side. Its almost in line with my belly button but more over if that makes sense. The thing is, 3 days ago i overstretched myself trying to put something on a shelf, but didnt feel any pain at the time. Its not a pain as such as it only hurts when i move in certain positions like getting out of bed etc. I worry as i have Polycystic ovaries and have now got it into my head that its a cyst. I also suffer IBS but havent had this type of feeling before other than wind pain. Also it hurts when i breathe out. Any advice would be great.

I was just about to write this post myself its not painful more a is comfort under ribs across then just tucked under left rib (there's the stitch feeling) then down left side I've had it a week now I did go docs last fri who said its just ibs :( just hate the over thinking which makes me worse.. Hope your feeling better soon xx

Thank you honeyp1e, I hope your feeling better soon too. I got up this morning and its still there but not as annoying. I thought it could be IBS as i seem to have problems on the left hand side where the colon bends. Hopefully it goes for both of us soon.
