Feeling a little panicky as I'm just getting ready to take my puppy for a walk. I've only started getting out for little walks everyday over the last month, before that I was housebound. Feels great to get some fresh air again.

I really don't feel well at all. I have a migraine, heartburn, I'm highly anxious and I'm exhausted.
