quick melanoma question. I had this dark brown type of tiny squiggly patch on my finger that I think I hurt. I took off the skin and it was attached there and I was sure it was dry blood. my question is can melanoma develop in a matter of 3-4 hours? Because if I would have had it for a while I would know because it was near my fingernail and I chomp on my nails 24/7.
