Hi,
I've taken Propranolol a few times for anxiety but only 10 or 20mg. I'm not sure whether it worked or if it was a placebo effect or whether the thing I was anxious about wasn't as bad as I thought!
I've had really bad anxiety today (had to go home from work). I'm still quite worked up but not sure if I should take it now in the evening (6.30pm) because I've heard it might affect my sleep? I'm not sleeping well atm and don't want to make it worse.
Any advice much appreciated.
