Citalopram reduction

Hello! It's me mr sun-shine, not been on here for ages but now and then something draws me to log in and poke my toe in the NMP pool? Just thought I'd let you guys know how I'm getting on. Been on cit 30mg for what seems forever now when in fact it's not even 2yr? (I don't think) ... So to cut a long story short i recently had my 6 month revue with the doctor and he suggested I begin to reduce my intake of meds. I wasn't at all forced but agreed Id give it a go! So here goes day one of -10mg! Still alive so far ?? haha! Let's just see how it goes shall we? After all god loves a trier and I've come a longggg way! Will try and keep everyone posted! Love and miss you all x x x x

Hope it is all going well for you, well done for going ahead with reducing your medication.

Yes please keep us posted I will look forward to your updates, because I too are thinking of doing this, so I would be interested in how you are getting along.
