Odd feeling

Just sat on the floor with the kids and all of a sudden I felt lightheaded on one side of my head like someone was pushing down on it. Then I went hot and felt like I wasn't really here or life was fading away. It was a horrible feeling. I had just been looking down at a book and when I looked up it happened. I'm worried its my blood pressure or something. My legs are like jelly again today.

mummyanxious. i used to have alot of this feeling. very scary to experience. it will pass. just take kids outside & hang with them.[if the weathers nice]. hope you feel better
