I started taking it a few weeks back and my IBS has gone through the roof
Anyone else tried it? what results did you get?
Thanks

I'm fine with all the yoghurt drinks, but I only get IBS symptoms occasionally. However, my Mum has constant IBS and cannot tolerate Actimel or Activia - they really upset her IBS and make her feel sickly.
If it's the probiotic element you're after, you can buy it in tablet form from Holland & Barrett.
Hope this helps
I was recommended ImmuProbio tablets, they are expensive - about £29 for a months supply from Amazon but they contain probiotic mix of 50 million they are dairy free, acid and bile resistant strains and are free from yeast, gluten, wheat, soya, lactose, dairy, salt, artificial colours, preservatives and flavourings.
Start by doing what is necessary, then do what is possible and before you know it you will be doing the impossible.
I also have IBS, and I tried Actimel amongst other pro-bio yoghurts/drinks. It didn't do a thing for me, just annoyed me that my bloating was going nowhere, despite their flashy advert about how it helps!
What I find DOES Help me a lot, and I have noticed a distinct settling of my bowel/bloating is M&S Strawberry yoghurt containing high doses of vitamin D and Lactobacillus (not sure I have the spelling right) It is sold in a large pot, and I eat in in stages, three days a week.
I've tried most pro-bio tablets and over the counter remedies for IBS, and frankly none of them work for me, but this yoghurt is good stuff.
