Bad nights sleep

Hey,
I have already said hey but I dont know where I m ment write post, anywho...i ll just carry on typing.

I just interested to know if anyone has this when going to bed and when laying down all the worth thoughts in your mind come out of hiding and you start over thinking problems etc. I have this most night. I have acty had a good day but I m getting tired and now i m worrying alot and the thing is I can make sense of it or control or stop. I just break down with tears. If anyone knows any ticks they fancy sharing with things like this please let me know. I feel so drain emotionly.

sorry to hear your feeling bad ,I use to be worse at night time ,my mind just wouldn't switch off it was awful so I started to listen to my ipod I put relaxing music on and eventually it worked I started to get some sleep it might be worth a try ,you have to focus your mind on the music
