vivid dreams and restless sleep

hi i have been on sertraline for just over 8 weeks now and am now on the dose of 150 mgs a day taken in morning after breakfast they said thats the highest i can go and to have to give it a month to see if it helps . Im getting very vivid dreams every night for last month and i am also very restless during sleep .I tose and turn and often wake up in night wide awake and it takes a while to get back to sleep which i dont like . does anyone else get these side effects and how do they deal with them

I noticed the vivid dreams on this drug and I actually like them!! No real nightmares yet but really interesting deep dreams.

Not sure if there is anything that can be done about the dreams but I have heard that restless legs could be down to a lack of Potassium?

I get vivid dreams from sert ,I like them but my sleep was disturbed like yours
Take some benadryl at bed time it helps

Yes- it does give you vivid dreams- though this might reduce once you are used to your new dose.

I would suggest for "supper"- a banana, some warm milk and 2 "kalms" - that's what i have!
