Things don't make sense.

The clue is in the title. I just don't seem to understand things anymore. I see a car, I can't make sense if how I can fit in it. I see something far away, I can't make sense of how it gets bigger as I get closer.

I can't understand things anymore, it all seems to work together to make a seamless world yet it feels the edges should be rougher.

I feel thick, I feel brain damaged. What the hell is happening to me !?
