Never really thought i was an emetophobic, just thought i got panic attacks and anxiety,but ive sat and researched what emetophobia is and i can relate to it in every sense.

its given me a fresh outlook on how i feel, not that its made me fell any healthier.. but that ive got a new angel to try and fix myself from!
