Well, you’re not alone. I’ve had bouts of this on and off for many years, and I’ve come to the conclusion it’s related to stomach acid production.
I’ve had exactly your symptoms for about 4 days now and for the first time yesterday was hungry while eating, which has never happened before. I even got up during the night to have something to eat. Eating makes me anxious, because I worry about why I want to eat all the time.
It’s starting to subside a bit now, so I think it’s a passing symptom, as it has been before.
