banging in chest/top of stomock

hi

when going to bed at night i lay down and i get this bang like a tennis ball is banging up my chest tube. I can also get this feeling in my stomock. It feels like its a heart beat but its not when i feel my pulse. Its a sort of shudder quiver feeling too. I also get intergestion with it could it be wind banging about? anyone else get this?

i do and it makes my anxiety go crazy but never have the symptom at work when busy so try and keep busy (easier said than done i know)
