Our lovely Emmz - and my fellow chat room quiz writer - could really do with some support at the moment as she has not been so well with panic and anxiety.
She has always been there for so many of us so I just want to send her some hugs to keep her going at the moment.

Anxiety and panic are real nasty little monsters and I hate them both
We're all here for you hun for comfort and support so don't you be suffering on your own.
You are such a lovely lady and a dear friend to many who love you to bits, me included
I so hope that this passes soon and that you start feeling like Emmz again, kick that anxiety and panic right where it hurts hun and tell it to go take a long run off a short cliff!!!
