2nd time round

I'm nearly on week 4 of 10mg cit, starting low ad going up gradually.
Feel rubbish in the morning still. Just low and sick.
Was in the same boat last year and cit worked well,
I was a fool thinking I was good enough to come off them.
After 6 months of cit20mg I was 100% back to my normal happy carefree self . I was a complete fool for coming off because here I am battling the beginning all again.
We will al get to being 100% soon we just got to keep on trucking and letting more time pass.
If you haven't already I'd advise you to all buy Claire weekes books and audio recordings, these help a great deal.

Hi Jenny,

I'm about to start my 3rd time around today myself. I'm not as bad as I was the first couple of times but I can feel anxiety and everything that goes with it looming over me. It's incredibly disappointing to be back doing it all over again!

It is horrible to be back at the starting line again.
Their info for me are awful, went to my mums today and had a good cry.
I no it will get better soon, but it is the waiting and side effects that are a killer!!

Hi everyone. Day 15 on 40mg. Yesterday was awful. I got my period this morn so gathered that could be why I was feeling so rubbish. I slept all morning but needed to go out this afternoon. The thought of it killed me but I did it!
As for the Claire weeks audio I downloaded. WOW!!! She says it as it is. I found myself nodding away to her. The woman is amazing. I will now be buying her books xx
