Lately, thanks to it being the start of spring, my asthma has been flaring up. I've lately gotten very anxious about it, and sometimes I can't differentiate between asthma attacks and panic attacks. Medications sometimes help manage, though in the past, I've had huge attacks that ventolin just can't help on its own.

How am I supposed to tell the difference in an emergency? The panic attacks are so intense that I can't even reach the phone to call for help, much less think straight. :( I'm worried that one day I'll make a potentially fatal mistake.
