Hi all Has anyone felt behind the back of there leg above the knee in the middle going up, a small fatty lump, I can feel it more when my legs are up in the air lying on my back, it has really frighten me it feels like small fatty lump

Could it possibly be just a "small fatty lump"? Do I dare ask what you're doing with your legs in the air on your back when you felt it?
