I suffered with HA a few years back but made it go by getting really busy with work and my toddler. However, after a bad lot of heartburn after eating Heinz sandwich spread I have managed to convince myself that I have a number of illnesses going on.
Starting with chest pain that radiates through to my back as burning, now a sore patch on my leg that is just really random. I have also been experiencing eye auras when I get dazzled by fluorescent lights. I dont want to go to the docs as I dont want to admit defeat with HA. I almost feel stupid asking if there is anything wrong with me as I know the answer.
Background info: made redundant whilst on mat leave so have been out of work with various failed interviews for 18 months. 2 small children with a very 'same' daily routine. Hubby out at work for 13 hours of the day.
Do you think my HA is back?
