Feeling nauseas in the morning IBS

Can anyone relate to a horrible feeling of sickness in the morning from IBS.
Don't know how normal this is or what actually helps it. I find it almost impossible to eat anything until mid morning which I don't suppose is helping but this symptom is really annoying.

I used to get that a lot Alma but touch wood haven't had it recently. My Doctor said it could be the IBS or the nausea could be from acid reflux in the night, I mention this as I know you too suffer with acid reflux. I was prescribed domperidone and they did help.

Thanks Bernie, I suppose it could be from the reflux and not the IBS, it's just these past few mornings it has been horrible and I always start to think the worst when I develop a new symptom. My diet changes have made a difference, cramps have been a lot better recently . I might ask the doctor to prescribe me something if it continues at the moment I just take Buscopan and Lanzoprazole for the reflux.

I have buscopan too for the cramps when I get an IBS flare. I'd definitely ask your doctor for something if it does carry on as it's an unpleasant symptom. Hope it passes soon xx
