I am sore from my head to my toes, this battle with anxiety is wearing my body out, today i had 3 attacks that lasted over 6 hours. My whole body is sore, what can i take to help ease the body aches? I am relaxed for now....
I'm in the US, so Tylenol, Advil, Aleve?

You could also try a muscle soak for putting in the bath, I use Radox - not sure if you can get that over there, but there'll be something similar.
Daisy Sue, i would love to take a hot bath but i only have a shower and i tried to take a nice hot shower but it just hurts all over ... :(
thanks fishmanpa, i have extra strength tylenol, but i don't want to take any medication because i am obsessing with every little health thing right now! UGH!
Maybe ill take some before bed tonight and see if that helps me sleep.
