    Seroxat and melatonin?

    Hello everyone,

I am having a few sleep issues and was wondering if melatonin is okay to take with paxil? So far I've heard its safe, but its better to be safe than sorry. Not sure what route to take on this. It's either melatonin or another medication, already was on mirt and then quit.

Melatonin is not available over the counter in the UK although I am not sure why this is. I do believe that it will help with sleep but I would hesitate to take it long-term. I wish you all the best.
