Inositol

Received it today. Feeling like the cit kicking in ( at last ) but after reading up on inositol I thought it wouldn't hurt to supplement my diet with it.
I'm also taking a multi vit with iron and omega 3.
Starting on 3grams per day of inositol. Split into 3 doses, morn, lunch and eve.

I will let u know how I get on.

Jmo but my anxiety has got worse since taking.... Mmmmm dunno wat to do now??

Worked for me in the tablet form for a few months but then I tried the powder and yes, made the anxiety worse. Haven't taken it since.

Cubist..glad u said that cos I thought it was me but I took 4grams today and felt awful!!
