Change and anxiety!!!!

Hi
This may sound sillybut here goes, I sometimes get quite
anxious and panicky with change eg decorating the house because it looks different, going away on holiday etc well tonight we have had a new pup
for my son he's a 8 week old pug and he's gorgeous, we have waited for
him for 3 weeks and I've been so excited but now he's here I feel so
anxious and can feel the panic building also feel some DPHELP!!!!
what's it all about, just feel confused by it at the moment
Please some one tell me they have felt this way and it's ok

I can totally relate to this!

I was exactly the the same with my 2 little dogs, it lasted a couple of weeks until I got into a routine.

However I have it again now as we have adopted a little dog from an old couple who were struggling, she is 4 months old!

Annie - I am having new windows fitted on Thursday which is causing anxiety, my hubby is having to take Thursday off.

My hubby is away working all week so I am in the house on my own (apart from builders, plasterers, plumbers and electricians...I just want to curl up in a corner and hide :(
