    Hi Phil

Jia wei xiao yao wan, ohh what a funny name, I wonder what it means in english.

I have not heard of this, but I know after my first pa I would have taken anything.

Just check if its ok to take if you are on any other meds, if not, go for it, anythings worth a try.

I do hope someone comes along who has tried it, but saying that, if its worked and there all better they would not be on hear, they would be getting on with there life.

If you try it, let us know how you get on.

    wishing you well

    Hi.
I have taken loads of Chinese herbs and very expensive too.
I personally didnt have any side effects or anything like that and still have some of those that you have because they gave me such a huge box.
This mixture is used quite a lot,its more than one herb to relax you.
    I take them with tea.

You should have a consultation first really-they look at your tongue, feel your pulse and usually the herbs are combined with acupuncture.

    Hi.
The Chinese believe that herbs are best taken with warm fluids never cold.
They do drink a lot of tea especially green tea,so I dont see why not.
I take them several times a day, when I remember to that is.
    Good luck.
