    Accidentally hit in chest

Hello. Yesterday at work I went up behind my colleague and made him jump and as he jumped he elbowed me in the middle of the chest. Today it feels bruised and very tender and slightly swollen. The only thing is what with health anxiety I'm now convinced I'm going to get a blood clot or trouble breathing and don't know what to do :( anybody else ever hurt themselves in the same area? Xxx

It will feel tender for a while but won't cause and other other problems.

All you've done is bruised it. It won't have affected your lungs and chances are you wont get a blood clot
