oh nice one [^] I just feel like i might be the only one here from Belfast, just seeing if there is other people about. It would nice that when I get over my Agoraphobia to keep in touch with people and maybe sometime in the not so distant future, to do a meet up.[8D]

Hi Sean sorry I aint been on in awhile, been trying really hard to get over my agoraphobia. Thanks For your reply, its good to see more people replying now. Well, two is a good start....
On the progress side of things, Iam starting to challange myself and my confidence and I think it may be working. Although Iam Still within my Comfort Zone, Iam starting to break down barriers. Hopefully soon enough I will be expanding my Zones and some day soon I will be free again. When I say 'Free' i mean out in the world, but I know I will always have Panic Attacks knocking on my door.
