hi just had my first routine mammogram and now the waiting starts i hate this part they said they would right with the results in 2 to 3 weeks but would they be in touch sooner if there was a problem x

all my friends i speak to have said having the mammogram and waiting for the results doesnt bother them at all because its just routine well why cant i feel like that x

I think all women are anxious about their mammogram results. I have never spoken to any woman that is not concerned.
I think if there was anything wrong they would be in touch with you by phone, or letter before the 3 weeks were up.

apparantly they phoned my sisters friend 4 days after hers x
